Forex Funnel has been getting a lot of buzz from the trading community. It's another completely automated system that enter and exit the market on it's own using the MT4 (metatrader) platform to trade. .

 

Forex Funnel Is High Risk... But High Reward!

 

Forex Funnel BoxIt has averaged profits in the neighboorhood of 100K per year. Keep in mind that most of the hype for this program is based on back testing. Just remember that back testing is not a reliable indicator of future performance.


You must perform your own forward testing to check the validity of results.

Forex Funnel had promising results with forward testing but we were uncomfortable with the drawdowns. The vendors state a drawdown of 15% but some users have commented that they have experienced drawdowns as much as 67%.


Further investigation indicates that this system requires a high degree of leverage in order to be successful (200:1).  This means that you should have a well funded trading account before using this system.


The trading logic for Forex Funnel is propietary so we can't evaluate its rules.  We checked with other traders before we went live and they indicate that the system is biased towards short side trades.


Our results indicate that Forex Funnel makes money but it probably prudent to have a larger trading account for this product due to the consistently large drawdowns.
